Resolved.
Step 1: ascribe the various aspects of yourself to various characters. perform the self-satisfying work of splintering the complexities of what a stranger once diagnosed as “a deeply-conflicted personality” into understandable phrases—people complicated enough to be believable, simple enough to understand.
Step 2: identify the central conflict.
Step 3: break the central conflict into many conflicts, alliances, and divergences.
Step 4: find a notebook.
Step 5: begin writing.

Translation from page: cut squares of newsprint larger than nails. apply a base coat of polish. when nails are completely dry, soak them in alcohol, then press newsprint on nail and slowly pull off. top coat to seal.
